International power mitsui operations & maintenance  indonesia (IPMOMI) a world leader in the development of co-generation and independent power plants , is assigned to manage , operate and maintain coal fired power plant located in paiton, probolinggo east java ,( unit 7&8 and 3) , owned by PAITON ENERGY, We are seeking a qualified indonesia profesional to fill the post of :

1. HR ADMINISTRATOR - community & human resources

   Reporting to and under the supervision of the CHR System and Compliance Supervisor, the position is responsible to assist in the day to day administration of human resources from data capture , attendance system , benefit administration , assist in payroll process. Administer the HRIS System and create reporting as required. Communicate with benefit provider , insurance and other institution related to HR  transactions

2. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - Community & Human resources

To be assigned at CHR department , reporting  to and under the supervision of the community & external relation supervisor , the position is responsible for the following :

Implement community development program on field of education quality improvement , vocational & bussiness skill and social economic community health , Conservation of environmental & local culture . Researches , evalutes and recommends various communication vehicles to project the company's corporate identity and ensures visibility within industry. Build and maintain relation with stakeholders which may includes institutions, formal and non formal leaders, local communities and to ensure that the implemented programs are communicated

3. TECHNICIAN OPERATOR - plant building maintenance & general services

Under the direction by the maintenance supervisor , maintains and perform maintenance activities of all equipment and assist in the implementation  of plant improvements and condition monitoring at paiton unit 7, & 8 and permanent operating housing . Available at all the time to perform emergency maintenance as required with a tight schedule and working conditions in order to support production activities stay overnight and long hours at plant as deemed necessary within regulations

4. TECHNICIAN OPERATOR - maintenance /engineering

Reporting to and under plant engineer the position is responsible to monitoring condition of rotating equipment : turbines , pumps , compressors etc including vibration and others ( sound , bearing temperature etc) Inspection , services, maintains and repairs mechanical plant equipment, troubleshoots and test of rotating equipment. Taking in service oil samples based on  the preventive maintenance program, diagnosing equipment problem and the abnormal condition for corrective action . Perform multi skill activity as deemed required which  are outside the scope of qualification and may include electrical , instrument & control.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

Candidates should have a diploma in business administration or qquivalent ( N0.1 ) , Social politic or equivalent ( N0 2 ) , Engineering / techical hight school or equivalent (No. 3&4) , with least 3. to 5 years working experience in large modern power station or similar industry, have good oral and written english communication skill  and maximum age 32 years old. Good health and physical endurance .
